Located on the Golden Coast of New Jersey, this Lenmar condominium needed a landscape design as luxurious as its units. Through this concept, we put together 36,000 square feet of extensive green roof and 10,000 square feet of above-grade intensive green roof, including concrete curbing, masonry pathways, and intensive landscaping.
