One Prospect Park West

At One Prospect Park West, we had the opportunity to undertake an ambitious project that blends intensive and extensive landscaping with historical preservation. Located at the corner of Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza, this 1925 building is being enhanced with over 50 specimen trees, including a charming apple orchard. The design also features custom fiberglass and reclaimed timber planters, as well as built-in gas-fired grills. The ongoing renovation includes a roof terrace, which offers a sun deck, a lounge area, a mature apple orchard, and an outdoor kitchen.. This project harmoniously combines modern amenities with a commitment to historic restoration.
