Adaptive Green proudly contributed to the sustainable vision of 1245 Broadway, a 23-story Class A office building located in the heart of the bustling NoMad district. This state-of-the-art project features modular, floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows that maximize natural light, enhance energy efficiency, all while eliminating the need for perimeter heating. The building’s sustainable design is further supported by expansive outdoor terraces and a private tenant lounge, communal workspaces, and wellness areas. 1245 Broadway integrates sustainable construction practices, energy-efficient systems, and high-performance materials, creating an environment that not only boosts comfort but also minimizes environmental impact.
